At Astro Sachin Pandit, we are committed to providing a seamless and meaningful consultation experience. Since our services are personalized and time-sensitive, we have a well-defined cancellation and refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
These terms outline when you can cancel/reschedule and how refunds are handled. Please review each section for timelines and eligibility.
Consultation Slot Unavailability
- If your booked consultation slot is unavailable due to astrologer unavailability or scheduling conflicts, our team will first try to reschedule your session to the next available time.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds in such cases are processed within 7 working days and may reflect in your bank/account within 7–15 working days depending on your payment provider.
Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel your booked consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by writing to support@astroinvite.in.
- Before 24 hours: You are eligible for either rescheduling or a full refund.
- Within 24 hours (or in case of a no-show): No refund will be issued, as the slot is already blocked for you.
Rescheduling Requests
- You can request to reschedule your appointment once, provided the request is made 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is subject to the astrologer’s availability.
- If no mutually convenient slot is available, we will initiate a refund within the standard timeline.
Refund Policy for Services Provided
- Once a consultation or service (including telephonic/video consultation, report, or guidance) is delivered, it is considered successfully fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
- Since these are personalized astrological services, once the work is started, the effort, energy, and time are already invested.
Refund Timeline & Mode
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your original mode of payment.
- We do not process refunds to alternate accounts or via cash.
